As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of lab processes, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: Filling, Formulating, solventless extraction, hydrocarbon, post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation Maintain freeze dryers Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC/Biotrack track‑and‑trace, and Odoo ERP Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors Qualifications: Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Ability to lift and move more than 40 pounds regularly throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Receptive to feedback and continuous learning. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
