About the Opportunity

The Sr. Automation Specialist is a strategic, hands-on role within our AI Transformation & Automation team focused on modernizing how Dayforce identifies, prioritizes, and engages prospective buyers.

This role combines sales development expertise with AI, automation, data, and technology to build scalable prospecting systems that help our teams determine who to target, why, when, and how.

Working across Revenue Development, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, this individual will turn buying signals and account intelligence into automated workflows that improve prioritization, research, personalization, and pipeline generation. The goal is simple: automate more of the work before the conversation so our sellers can spend more time engaging the right buyers.

What You'll Get to Do

• Build and optimize AI-powered prospecting and demand intelligence workflows across the Revenue Development organization.

• Aggregate buying signals such as executive changes, champion moves, M&A, hiring, intent, website activity, technology data, and previous engagement to identify opportunities.

• Use AI and automation to prioritize accounts, identify the right contacts, conduct research, and recommend the best path into an organization.

• Build and refine AI agents and workflows supporting research, contact enrichment, account prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement.

• Develop scalable account and prospect briefs that give sellers the context, triggers, and messaging needed to engage effectively.

• Design and optimize multi-channel prospecting motions across email, phone, LinkedIn, and Outreach.

• Build, test, and refine AI prompts for research, messaging, personalization, and workflow automation.

• Analyze engagement, conversion, pipeline, and productivity data to continuously improve workflows and prospecting strategies.

• Identify manual or inefficient processes and determine where AI and automation can create meaningful seller capacity.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Development leadership to build scalable GTM solutions.

• Train and enable Revenue Development teams on AI-first prospecting workflows and best practices.

Skills and Experience We Value

• Experience in Sales Development, GTM Automation, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related B2B sales environment.

• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, account prioritization, pipeline generation, and buyer engagement.

• Hands-on experience building sales automation, prospecting workflows, or AI-enabled GTM solutions.

• Strong experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms, preferably Outreach and Salesforce.

• Experience leveraging AI for research, personalization, prioritization, or workflow automation.

• Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to turn data and business signals into actionable sales intelligence.

• Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technology solutions.

• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.

• Builder mindset with a willingness to experiment, test, learn, and continuously improve.

What Would Make You Stand Out

• Experience building AI-powered prospecting, demand intelligence, or GTM automation systems.

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt development, automated research, or intelligent account prioritization.

• Experience combining first-, second-, and third-party data to identify meaningful buying signals.

• Advanced experience with Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or similar GTM technologies.

• Demonstrated success improving pipeline generation, conversion, or seller productivity through automation.

• Experience scaling new AI tools or workflows across a sales organization.

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, HCM, HRIS, payroll, or another complex B2B sales environment.
