PPC Specialist (iGaming Sector)

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber PPC Specialist with deep expertise in the iGaming sector to lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads . In this role, you will be responsible for navigating the complexities of regulated markets to drive high-value player acquisition. This is a critical position for a specialist who understands the nuances of gambling advertising and wants the autonomy to manage significant budgets while delivering measurable ROI in a fast-paced, competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for the iGaming industry .
• Optimize keyword bidding, ad copy, and landing page performance to maximize conversion rates and player lifetime value ( LTV ).
• Monitor and maintain strict compliance with advertising regulations in the UK and other regulated jurisdictions.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives and bidding strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Provide detailed reporting on KPIs, including CPA , ROAS , and retention metrics, to keep the team aligned on performance goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform policy changes to ensure uninterrupted market presence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in PPC and Google Ads management.
• Proven track record within the iGaming or sports betting industry .
• Deep understanding of the UK regulated market and its specific advertising constraints.
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Editor , tracking implementation, and performance analytics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working within the Gibraltar or Malta iGaming hubs .
• Proficiency in secondary acquisition channels ( Bing/Microsoft Ads or Apple Search Ads ).
• Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling .
