Details Acute care setting in a Stepdown/IMCU unit that bridges PCU and ICU level care Patient population includes vented patients and those on critical drips Nurse-to-patient ratio of 3:1 Requires proficiency in medication management Uses MEDITECH EMR charting system Night shift schedule, 7p-7a 12-hour shifts, 48 guaranteed hours per week 17-week assignment length 16 hours of orientation required Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required Additional Information Provide critical care-level nursing support in a stepdown unit managing high-acuity patients Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Not eligible if previously employed by the facility within the last 12 months American Traveler Job ID P-747261.
