ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Ocean View, New Jersey. What you’ll do: Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand residentexperiences. Your job will include: Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand residentswith information,responding to questions in person and over the phone. Process payments and deposits. Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency. Partner with yourPropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddressinquiriesin a timely and professional manner. Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly. Experience & skills you need: High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1+ yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems. Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is: Hourly: $15.92 - $16.30 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
