Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule Friday: 04:15 AM – 03:15 PM Saturday: 04:15 AM – 03:15 PM Sunday: 04:15 AM – 02:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk by verifying identification, managing visitor sign‑in processes, issuing access credentials, and reporting unusual activity through proper channels. Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and support lobby operations with professionalism while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed. Support a professional front desk presence within a fast‑paced technology and communications location by following Allied Universal procedures and client‑directed policies. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
