Director, PE Finance Transformation & Performance

Alvarez & Marsal in Charlotte, NC seeks a Director to lead Finance Transformation engagements within its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) CFO Services practice. You will guide engagements, design future-state finance operating models, and partner with CFOs to drive cost reductions and efficiency gains. You will oversee multi-workstream teams, develop roadmaps and business cases, and advance automation, R2R/O2C/P2P, FP&A, and management reporting improvements.
