High Value Residential Insurance Inspector Join Signature Companies as a High Value Residential Insurance Inspector and contribute to quality service in the Los Angeles area. We are recruiting self‑starting contractors (1099) who can work independently, manage their own schedules, and thrive in a flexible environment. Responsibilities Schedule and conduct on‑site high‑value property surveys. Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule. Manage work assignments and complete web‑based reports in a timely manner. Visit properties, take photos, record measurements, and note issues for underwriters. Communicate findings via Loss Control 360 on the Signature website. Maintain high standards of professionalism in interactions with homeowners and insurance agents. Drive to and conduct onsite inspections of high‑value homes following customer guidelines. Identify and document construction materials, unique features, and hazards. Generate estimated replacement value and highlight major hazards. Qualifications & Tools Prior underwriting, inspection, or loss‑control experience desirable. Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, real estate or construction a plus. Familiarity with Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD, or other diagramming programs helpful. Strong oral and written communication skills. Professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit. BA or BS degree desired (not required). Must have a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, measuring devices, and a digital camera with ≥16 MP resolution. Reliable vehicle with Auto and General Liability insurance. High‑speed internet access.
