Project Manager

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, action-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the Strategy & Operational Excellence team as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead the complex, cross‑functional projects from scoping through successful execution and post‑evaluation. The ideal candidate is a business‑minded practitioner of project‑management methodologies with experience in consumables who excels at leading cross‑functional teams through trust and partnership to deliver extraordinary results. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Responsible for the application of project management methodologies, best practices, and standards Development and management of projects including scoping, establishing timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIF execution Leadership and coordination of communication with main stakeholders, project teams and steering teams Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate project issues and risks Resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy, where necessary becoming involved Conduct project reviews post key project stages and share learnings for future projects as best practice. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office. Travel: 10% of the time Compensation band for this position is $124,000 - $148,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
