Job Title: Data Analyst
Pay: $37 - $40 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
Start Date: ASAP

You’ll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and support organizational goals.

What You’ll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets using statistical techniques, developing and maintaining robust databases and data collection systems, and designing strategies to improve data quality and accessibility. You will gather data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns to support business initiatives, and perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy. Collaborating with management, you will prioritize data needs aligned with organizational objectives to facilitate insightful reporting and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Technical skills including familiarity with data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Business Objects, relational databases (SQL), and programming languages such as Python, VBA, or ETL frameworks
• Strong knowledge of statistical packages including Excel, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
