About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Installation Manager to oversee fiber optic build-outs in apartment communities, condominiums, townhome developments, gated neighborhoods, and commercial properties. - Lead field execution: Direct internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors, and make sure materials are on hand and work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Be the main contact for property partners: Work with property managers, HOA boards, and developers throughout each project, and support resident communication so move-in and activation go smoothly.
- Drive quality and safety: Inspect completed work, close out punch lists, and verify each project meets scope and standards.
- Track and report: Monitor milestones, risks, material needs, and progress, and escalate and resolve issues quickly. xhyhwjd
