You will support planning, execution, reporting, and coordination activities across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh service areas. Your work ensures resources are aligned, risks are mitigated, deliverables stay on track, and the program operates with clarity and efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and contractual obligationsDevelop, maintain, and track program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreamsOversee daily program management activities, including subcontract coordination, material requests, personnel accountability, and internal taskingManage and track labor, travel, ODCs, and billing inputs; ensure accuracy and timely reportingPrepare, monitor, and disseminate contract deliverables across Engineering, Operations, and Tech Refresh activitiesMaintain the master program staffing plan, ensuring alignment between requirements, labor categories, hiring, and onboardingCoordinate internal resources to support operational, engineering, and project driven needsIdentify and help mitigate program and project risks through collaboration with leadership and stakeholdersSupport cross team communication, documentation, and status reporting to maintain alignment across the enterpriseWhat you'll need to succeed:Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphEducation: Program Analyst Senior - Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree. Program Analyst Principal - Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 12 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.Experience supporting program or project management activities in a large, multifunctional technical environmentStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and contract deliverables managementExcellent communication, coordination, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with program management tools and reporting processesStrong problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risksUS citizenship requiredLocation: OnsiteGDIT is your place. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
