Do you like to be the best in your field with an excellent team to surround your success? Our modern practice is seeking a part-time to full-time Dental Hygienist RDH to educate patients and support their dental health. This role serves general adult, pediatric, mixed-age, and periodontal patients while working across a clinical team shared by multiple dentists. Our practice features Primescan, CBCT, laser therapy, digital charting, digital radiography, and practice management software, and encourages continuing education and professional growth. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends. The package includes a competitive hourly wage, daily bonuses based on production goals, a uniform allowance, and a generous family dental package.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients and perform comprehensive dental cleanings.
• Complete periodontal assessments and charting.
• Provide oral health education and patient-centered guidance.
• Obtain and document radiographic images using digital radiography systems.
• Provide laser therapy as appropriate.
• Document treatment accurately in the digital charting platform.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and collaborate with multiple dentists and the clinical team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in dental hygiene.
• Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of dental prophylaxis, periodontal charting, dental radiography, laser dentistry, infection control, electronic health records, patient education, clinical communication, and teamwork.
