Job Description Summary Accurately take and process orders and transactions received either in person or over the phone. Provide outstanding customer service. Check all products for accuracy against quality standards. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Job Duties and Responsibilities Receive and process telephone orders. Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly. Execute credit transactions. Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone. Work as part of a team, assist each other by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations during the shift, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun. Operate all equipment, clean equipment and facility daily, and perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders. Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written and telephone skills, coordinating motor skills for precise movements with speed. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Physical Demands Standing – Tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces height 28" – 48". Walking – Short distances for short durations. Sitting – Paperwork typically completed at a desk. Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases up to 3' × 1.5', stacked up to 72". Carrying – Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (≈12 lbs per tray) carried over short distances. Pushing – Trays on dollies 24"–72" requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climbing – Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders. Stoop/Bending – Brief 30‑45 second forward bending at the pizza assembly station; forward bending at front counter and during stocking ingredients. Crouch/Squatting – Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching – Ups, down, and forward; up to 72" to turn on/off oven controls, change signs, and lift/lower objects from shelves. Hand Tasks – Continuous eye‑hand coordination required for shaping dough, using a pizza peel, rim cutter, pinch boxes, etc. Machines, Tools, Equipment – Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and related tools. Work Conditions – Exposure to varying weather when removing trash, in‑store temperatures 36–90", fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to >500", and sharp edges/moving parts. Sensing – Talking/hearing on telephone; near/mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments – Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality‑control standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments. Additional Information Must be at least 16 years of age. Possess basic math and problem‑solving skills. Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies. Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed. Bilingual in certain markets. Non‑exempt, hourly position. Qualifications Must have FOOD HANDLER'S PERMIT. Handle customer concerns with care. Understand the importance of quality products and service. Attention to controlling food and labor costs.
