Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, performing cost analysis, and monitoring schedule performance using earned value Experience serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), including oversight of contractor performance, deliverables validation, and coordination with contracting offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
