Operator Assistant

Major Responsibilities:

1. Packages WIP and finished product from RTF and/or Printing lines
2. Runs the scoring machine
3. Reports any non-conformances noted during packing to the operator
4. Reworks nonconforming product in accordance with documented work instructions
5. Responsible for food safety by performing checks to maintain quality standards
6. Works 12-hour shifts standing on concrete
7. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout 12-hour shift
8. Go up steps periodically throughout the day
9. Work in the heat (This is a Non-temperature controlled environment)
10. Performs other designated duties as assigned
11. Conducts duties according to plant safety policies and procedures
12. Schedule: Rotational with every other weekend off

EDUCATION: Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Required: Successful completion of all training modules for Operator Assistant position.

SKILLS: Required: Additional training requirements are identified and arrangements for the training made when needed.
