Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jackson, TN. As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing shipping and receiving activities, including processing and packaging orders according to company standards. You will monitor all sort stations for correct packing groups being sorted. The role requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with the warehouse and logistics teams, adhering to safety and quality compliance standards at all times. Duties Basic knowledge and understanding of the workflow in the Production and Case Departments Ensures that Shipping associates are performing required quality checks on all books based on LSI’s quality standards. Trains associates properly and ensures they are following operational procedures in the Shipping Department Ensures all TAT orders ship on time Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and quality standards Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus All duties are not listed and are subject to change based on operational needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
