Job TitleWarehouse Operations AnalystJob DescriptionThis role oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and safely.Your role:Support the Warehouse Leader in managing Philips’ third-party logistics (3PL) providers, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that warehouse operations meet high standards for productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IWD COE, planning, GBS, procurement, and quality, to ensure a seamless flow of goodsAdheres to established processes and operational policies, selecting appropriate methods and techniques to conduct Root Cause analysis effectively and derive sustainable solutions.Contributes to continuous process improvements by developing and implementing sustainable solutions, seamlessly integrating them into existing standard work practices to ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness.Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in with a Bachelor’s in areas such as supply chain, operation, inventory management, manufacturing or equivalent; no prior experience required with a Master’s degreeYour skills include supply chain management, data analysis, interpretation, enterprise resource planning systems, master data management, data architecture, data mining, process improvements, statistical methods, root cause analysis and business acumenYou have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
