Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification with registration in good standing
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for behavior data
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple caseloads
• Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create positive intervention strategies
• Train and mentor staff in evidence-based interventions and data collection
• Monitor progress, adjust support plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school and department
