About the Job Behavior Technician (BT) - Paid Training + Growth Opportunities. Location: Arleta, CA. Salary: $21.00-$24.00/hour (based on experience). Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours). - Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to travel within a 15-20 mile radius.
- Afternoon availability (after school hours).
- At least 4 days per week.
- Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
