Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Activity Assistant to join our Life Enrichment Team. This unique opportunity allows you to make a difference with our residents, supporting their emotional well-being and enhancing their daily lives through meaningful engagement. This is a Part-Time position working 9:00AM-5:00PM Every Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months to a year experience working with memory care/ dementia Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Job Responsibilities Help plan and lead recreational activities and events Encourage resident participation to promote mental and emotional wellness Support individualized activity programs Assist with calendar creation and setup of daily programs Why Choose Waters Edge Health and Rehab?
