Position Overview The Marketing Team Member plays a key role in promoting Chick-fil-A Northport and Chick-fil-A Northport West through community engagement, events, social media support, and in-restaurant promotions. This position is responsible for helping create memorable experiences for guests while strengthening the Chick-fil-A brand in the local community. While specifically focusing on Marketing, this team member will be expected to be a contributing member of our team and can assist as the business needs. This is a flexible, part-time role with limited weekly hours and opportunities to assist with a variety of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing community events, spirit nights, and restaurant promotions. Support local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and guest engagement Help create content for social media, including photos, videos, and event highlights Represent Chick-fil-A at community events, schools, businesses, and partner organizations Assist with setting up and managing promotional materials, displays, and giveaways Support in-store experiences that create memorable moments for guests Maintain a strong understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and represent it positively in all interactions Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with restaurant goals Help identify opportunities to build relationships within the local community Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling based on marketing events and restaurant needs Typical shifts range from 2-4 hours Availability may include evenings, weekends, and occasional special events Generally scheduled for a limited number of hours per week depending on marketing activities.
