Accounts Payable:

  • Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable, specifically vendor maintenance.
  • Maintain updated vendor information, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the vendor master is properly maintained.
  • Communication skills (verbal and written) are critical, as this role will engage in frequent communication with external vendors.

Skills:

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well
  • Bookkeeping background preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED.
