Customer Service Coordinator
Barkman Honey
Description Customer service lead, brand ambassador, and project coordinator for Barkman Honey brands. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - You lead the daily activities of customer service, managing web, email and phone consumer inquiries, across all Barkman brands with poise, accuracy and immediacy - You regularly monitor and respond to product feedback across multiple portals - You address all feedback in a timely manner, resolving customer and product issues - You lead the planning and execution of Beesponsible and Bee Harmony trade shows and other public relations/community events - You effectively assist team members with product development and labeling assignments - You regularly participate in fulfillment prepping, packaging and shipping orders as needed - You easily manage projects across all brands and help coordinate larger initiatives Requirements TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED: - You have a customer service mindset and voice; you are well-written and spoken, delivering a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable experience to customers - You are a superb organizer, master of details and project manager - You are extremely critical of your communications and work output - You are a great multitasker and can jump from task to task or project to project without letting anything fall through the cracks. - You are confident in your approach and efficiently manage your projects - you drive the team to completion.
