We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.Under minimal direction, plan, prioritize and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritizing tasks to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.Manage major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis. Adhere to project requirements and company and customer standards of design, programming, and implementation. **Required Qualifications** 5+ years of overall HVAC controls experience (excluding end-user-only experience) **Preferred Qualifications** Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines. Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
