Store Manager Position

We are looking for a friendly and experienced shift manager with remarkable skills, who have a passion for people and will run their shift effectively and with attention to detail. Our store manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the overall financial performance of the shift.

The responsibilities of a store manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the customers have a great experience. More importantly, a perfect shift manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.

Responsibilities of a store manager include supervising and encouraging staff during your shift, training and building relationships, managing budgets, maintaining financial and statistical records, dealing with customer complaints and queries, overseeing stocking needs, maximizing profitability and productivity, motivating staff to meet sales targets, store goals, and vision, setting food quality expectations and meeting them, ensuring compliance with safety and food health regulations, communicating promotional displays and materials to staff and customers, liaising with same level and upper-level management, and providing team with consistent feedback.

Shift manager job requirements include food safety and quality awareness, confidence, resourcefulness, organizational skills, teamworking skills, verbal communication skills, maintaining composure under pressure, excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, serving safe a plus, problem-solving skills, showing initiative, setting a good example, and bilingual a plus.

Work schedule includes weekend availability, 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, and night shift.
