Overview Position: Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT — Location: Houston, TX Job Id: 31823 • Openings: 1 Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) – Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism What you will be doing As a BCBA Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping children and committing to excellence. Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) All Restricted hours completed Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting Shaping the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years old Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with BCBA’s and our team aligned with ABC’s core values Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining Compensation and Benefits Pay: $24-30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion Potential wage increases every 6 months Guaranteed hours: 32-40 hours per week, subject to patient cancellations A path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive salary upon passing the BCBA exam Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year No-cost supervision hours with no deductions $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for first-attempt pass Wealth of benefits and generous time off: 10 holidays, 10 paid days, 2 flex days; college tuition employee discounts; health benefits (up to 90% company-paid; four plans); 401K with match Additional Information Response time: we review resumes within 24 hours Application is ongoing; no fixed deadline Apply for this position and join Action Behavior Centers.
