Job Summary:
Opportunity for a family medicine physician with outpatient and inpatient interest in Lafayette, Tennessee. Qualified Candidates- Board certified/board eligible in family medicine
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- New family medicine residents and practicing family medicine physicians will be considered
- Family medicine interest in providing full range of care including pediatrics
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

- Join 2 family medicine physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Monday Friday 8:00-5:00 schedule
- Shared Call 1:3
- MCH is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving the people of Macon and surrounding counties.
- Offering inpatient and outpatient healthcare services, MCH has a newly renovated and state-of-the-art Emergency Department with eight exam rooms staffed with a 24-hour physician. Medical Imaging including mammogram, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, bone density, CT scan and MRI. Diabetes Education Center, laboratory services, infusion therapy, surgical services, respiratory therapy, respite care, skilled care and sleep lab services. Specialty clinics offering services for cardiology, orthopedics, hearing, nephrology, lung, sleep, podiatry, surgery and outpatient therapy services.
