Step into an impactful role as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by applying your expertise in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate closely with both district staff and contracted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality behavioral services to students.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience conducting FBAs and designing/implementing BIPs preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with RBTs, educators, and families
- Experience in a school or similar setting highly valued
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and data analysis abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students as required
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing training and supervision for RBTs working in the district
- Consult with teachers, related service providers, and families to maximize student success
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform programming decisions
- Attend relevant school or IEP meetings as a behavioral expert
- Remain up-to-date on best practices and compliance in school-based behavioral services
