Overview
Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Princeton, New Jersey. Start date: 09/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,870–$1,928 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours. Shift: Nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 3x12 hours. Setting: Home healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency nursing care in a home healthcare setting for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics.
- Perform initial assessments, continuous monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, and medication administration per physician orders.
- Triage, stabilize, and manage acute changes; implement and follow emergency protocols as needed.
- Document care in the electronic health record; communicate findings with physicians and the care team.
- Educate patients and families on post-visit care, symptoms to monitor, medications, safety, and care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth patient transitions.

Requirements
- Active New Jersey or Compact license required at submission (RN).
- BSN degree required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS; Flu vaccine required.
- ER experience with all populations, including pediatric patients.
- Availability to work a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night schedule with every-other-weekend coverage.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare setting and complete the orientation on 9/1.
