Position Summary:

The Carpenter / Skilled Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of construction tasks including carpentry work, site preparation, and general labor duties. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support other trades as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of carpentry or general construction experience
• Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring tools
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
