We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing professional skills, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, client relations, and leadership.

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play an important role in supporting client campaigns, engaging with community members, and helping execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and results. You will receive hands-on training in communication, outreach strategies, customer engagement, and team development while working alongside experienced professionals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, goal-oriented, and interested in building a career in marketing, sales, business development, or management.

• Represent nonprofit partners and client campaigns through professional community outreach and marketing efforts
• Engage with customers, donors, and community members to increase awareness and support for campaigns
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members
• Communicate campaign messaging clearly and effectively
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts through relationship-based marketing
• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results
• Collaborate with team members to meet team and client goals
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
