General Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, direct and lead the operation of the retail store to achieve budgeted revenue, expense and net profit by implementing Goodwill Industries policies and procedures. Supervise and schedule all truck driver duties, donation processing, stock duties, merchandising and displaying, cashiering and customer service at the retail location. Sorting donations, hanging clothing, pricing/displaying merchandise, providing customer service, running the register, working on the sales floor, performing custodial services, and loading and unloading truck as needed.
