Hematology/Oncology Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Company: MedCBO, Inc. – a Colorado-based healthcare business infrastructure company that empowers independent physician groups to launch, manage, and scale their practices. Overview We are seeking Hematology/Oncology physicians who wish to practice independently while receiving structured operational support from MedCBO. Physicians will own and operate their own practice entity; MedCBO will provide non‑clinical administrative and operational services. MedCBO’s service model follows corporate practice of medicine (CPOM) principles, allowing physicians to maintain ownership and clinical control while adopting a fully supported framework. Physician Responsibilities Provide patient care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Determine the clinical services offered and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Coordinate payer credentialing and maintain compliance. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows, staffing systems, and compliance support Technology platform (EHR, telehealth, clinical workflow systems) Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Supply‑chain and vendor coordination Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (or related specialty). Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
