Commercial Title Examiner

Performing title examinations for a variety of commercial and residential properties, the full-time Commercial Title Examiner will work remotely to analyze records, determine ownership, and prepare title commitment documentation while resolving issues related to title documentation. Key responsibilities Examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders, primarily commercial and residential Abstract and analyze records to verify legal descriptions and completeness of records Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of directly related experience State license(s) if required Strong analytical and research skills Knowledge of legal terms is helpful Virtual Vocations Inc
