- Skilled observation & assessment
- Wound care
- Injections & IV therapy
- Nursing Case Management
- Netsmart, formally Allscripts are the EMR.
Submission Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT Home Health experience in Case Management
- RN will be working in the Berlin, NH area
- RNs will be providing Home Health & Hospice services to patients of all ages (infant to elderly).
