Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise technology implementations.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow module deployments including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Case Management.

• Experience in developing functional specifications, user stories, and requirements traceability matrices.

• Experience with business process mapping and workflow diagramming for enterprise technology rollouts.

• Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing and managing defect tracking lifecycles.

• Experience with organizational change management and business process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis activities for enterprise ServiceNow platform enhancements.

• Facilitate technical stakeholder workshops to document complex business workflows and use cases.

• Translate current business processes into optimized functional and non-functional system requirements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements traceability matrices throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, and overall technical solution validation.

• Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical system documentation for engineering teams.

• Support organizational change management, end-user training, and continuous system improvement initiatives.
