Business Development Manager

Tech Tyler MSP is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with businesses throughout the Michiana area and beyond. What You'll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and outreach. Build relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and discovery calls. Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client needs. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting within our CRM. Represent Tech Tyler MSP at networking events, trade shows, and community business events. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience. Proven track record of generating new business and closing sales. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated. Experience selling technology services, IT solutions, cybersecurity, telecommunications, SaaS, or managed services is strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP), Cybersecurity, VoIP, Cloud Services, Microsoft 365, or related technology solutions. Existing business network in the South Bend/Michiana Market CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise, or similar).
