Senior Project Coordinator

This Opportunity Supports project teams by coordinating a variety of administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the efficient execution and delivery of project objectives. Contributes to project planning, documentation control, logistics management, and cross-functional communications. Works under minimal direction and applies established procedures and judgment to ensure timely and accurate completion of responsibilities. Helps maintain compliance with internal processes, supports financial tracking, and provides critical support in maintaining alignment across departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources on project-related matters. Your Impact Develop and maintain detailed project logs, schedules, and status reports for use by internal teams and clients. Coordinate the creation, formatting, and finalization of client deliverables, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards. Assist with the administration and distribution of critical documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project change orders. Generate project financial reports, including tracking the financial performances of projects. Setting up and maintaining project SharePoint sites Interfacing with the accounting team to ensure compliance with client invoicing requirements. Assist with data entry and verification for cost reports, timesheets, and vendor submissions. Processing/formatting of project deliverables, including reports, memos, and technical specifications. Ensuring project files and documents comply with WSP’s ISO system. Assist with the preparation of proposals. Who You Are Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with consulting engineering project controls or other interfaces with consulting accounting systems. GED or High School Diploma Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Excel-based trackers. Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint, ShareFile, etc. is an advantage. Experience in field/supply logistics and travel bookings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Deadline-oriented, ability to track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
