Jasper, Georgia, United States Rise Hospitality Location: Jasper, GA (Pickens County & surrounding North Georgia markets) Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Performance Bonuses The Opportunity We are looking for a high-impact Area Director to lead a patch of one of the most famous and fastest-growing wing brands in the world. Based out of the Jasper area, you will oversee a multi-unit territory across North Georgia, ensuring that our "flavor-first" mission is executed with precision in every location. This is a role for a strategic operator who understands that high-volume wings require a unique blend of speed, accuracy, and culture. The Role: What You'll Do As the Area Director, you are the executive lead for your territory, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and store-level execution. Strategic P&L Ownership: You are responsible for the financial health of the entire area. You will analyze labor trends, manage high-impact food costs (COGS), and implement strategies to drive EBITDA across all units. Talent Architect: You don't just manage General Managers; you develop them. You will be responsible for building a leadership pipeline, ensuring every store has a "bench" of talent ready for the next level. Operational Excellence: Maintain "audit-ready" standards 24/7. You ensure every order meets our gold standard for quality and speed, especially during high-pressure "game day" and weekend peaks. Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand protocols. You set the bar for what a world-class operation looks like. Growth & Scale: Partner with ownership to identify local marketing opportunities and support new store openings as we continue to grow in North Georgia. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment (Wing or fried chicken experience is highly preferred). Financial Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-unit budgets and hitting KPIs in competitive markets. Leadership Style: You lead from the field, not from an office. You are a coach who knows how to inspire large teams to reach common goals. Market Insight: Familiarity with the North Georgia/Pickens County area and the ability to manage the logistics of a regional territory. Requirements: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations daily. The Perks Competitive Executive Pay: Starting base salary of $85,000 – $95,000 .
