Skilled Construction Laborer - Commercial Remodel (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Description

TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring Skilled Construction Laborers to support commercial remodel projects at QuikTrip gas station locations in the Austin area. If you're comfortable on an active jobsite, know your way around basic tools, and take pride in solid finish work, we want to hear from you. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity — a real path to a permanent spot for reliable workers who show up and get it done.

What You'll Do

Assist skilled tradespeople with demolition and general finish work
Support installation of millwork, tile, countertops, and soda fountain areas
Use hand tools, tape measures, drills, and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow jobsite direction and keep tasks moving on schedule
Load, stage, and move materials as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of construction, remodeling, or general labor experience
Comfortable operating basic hand and power tools
Able to follow direction and work safely on an active commercial jobsite
Must have required PPE
Reliable transportation to Austin-area jobsites
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Spanish-speaking workers welcome
