- Experienced RN Circulator with at least 3 years of operating room experience.
- Credentials: Nursys License and License/Certificate Verification.
- Required Professional Documentation for Onboarding: Ascension Core Competencies, Unit Specific Checklist (optional), Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Nova StatStrip, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS, Skills Checklist, 12 Panel Drug Screen, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification.
- Required Professional Documentation for Submission: Nursys License, License/Certificate Verification, Ascension Profile, Drivers License/State ID, Ascension 2 Professional References.
- Optional Documentation: Ascension Badge Photo, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Name Change Document, Hiring Manager Evaluation.
