We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a solid foundation in corporate general ledger accounting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, who can thrive in a hybrid work environment and is comfortable working proactively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and works closely with two other GL Accountants. Key Responsibilities Perform daily and monthly journal entries and bank reconciliations Balance and reconcile cash accounts Assist with consolidated corporate accounting activities Support payroll accounting functions as needed Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and broader finance team on month-end close and other reporting tasks Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications 3–10 years of relevant accounting experience Strong experience in corporate general ledger accounting Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus, but not required Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel Experience with payroll accounting is preferred Strong organizational skills with a proactive , self-starter mindset Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Juno Search Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
