About the Position

Job Title: RN Dialysis Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 05:30 AM - 04:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Mass RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM. - Some days may have mid-morning to late afternoon shifts due to extra patient treatments. - Scheduled for 4 or 5 days a week with Sundays off. - Shared housing provided at no cost. Description: Responsible for providing patient care in a dialysis setting. Work as part of a team dedicated to serving the medical needs of an island community. Care for a year-round population and accommodate seasonal visitors. Maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and procedures. Actively participate in the training and education of staff and patients. Advocate for patients and collaborate with the healthcare team. Engage in continued learning and professional development. Deliver compassionate care to patients while managing their medical needs.
