Job Summary We are looking for a Busser to join our team and support our You First culture and core values. The Busser will ensure the restaurant's daily operations run smoothly and maintain high standards. This individual will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer and employee concerns with a sense of urgency Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and follow restaurant procedures and recipes Responsibilities Support the You First culture and core values of the restaurant Ensure daily operations run smoothly and maintain high standards Understand and follow restaurant sales and traffic goals Assist in implementing the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table Participate in candidate scouting and interviewing processes Ensure safe food handling practices are followed and coach team members as needed Maintain restaurant security and report any issues promptly Train, coach, and develop team members Recognize and reward exceptional performance Handle daily revenues and deposits accurately Complete administrative duties and paperwork in a timely manner Join our team and be a part of a company that values its employees and strives to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr First Watch
