We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for Sales Team by maintaining customer information, payment processing, and follow-ups Support Operations Team as needed with documentation, inventory, and logistics Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders Handling incoming calls and taking messages Meeting and greeting visitors Distributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipments Maintaining files and document control Responsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoices Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data Excellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 45 WPM High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure Ability to prioritize and multi task At McNICHOLS we reward our team with quarterly incentives, great health and wellness benefits, generous 401k matching, 15 days of PTO, as well as 100% company paid life insurance, disability, wellness, and financial health benefits.
