The Event Services positions are temporary, part-time positions to assist with events located at Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex. EXAMINATION PROCESS

Only a limited number of the most highly qualified applicants meeting the City's requirements will be invited for an interview. Essential Functions Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas. Supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff/volunteers. Ensures/documents breaks for staff/volunteers. Assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown. Opens and/or closes the facility. Resolves minor customer issues and concerns. The company provides superior customer service to internal and external customers. Ensures the safety of guests and participants. Enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations. Participates in pre and post-event/game meetings. Completes post-event reports of incidents in assigned area(s).
