Title: Bartender

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience) + perks

Job Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly

Schedule & Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll create a welcoming experience for residents and guests by providing exceptional beverage service and hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Taking drink orders and answering questions about beverage selections
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Preparing garnishes and snack trays
• Processing resident and guest charges through our point-of-sale system
• Reconciling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies
• Supporting dining room beverage service during meal periods
• Assisting with special events and catering functions as needed
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Fine dining, restaurant, hotel, or club experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, guests, and team members
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain BASSET certification within 30 days of hire
