What to Expect Pay rates are based on your monthly hour commitment (60 or 84 hours per 4‑week block). 12‑hour shifts available (day or night). Initial training includes 10‑day shifts during your first month for New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation, and unit training. Requirements BSN required or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire (with relevant experience). Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an acute care setting. BLS certification required. PD60 = $54/hr & PD84 = $56/hr. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
