Anchorage, Alaska. What You Will Be Doing
As an Eligibility Technician 2, you are responsible for providing timely and accurate eligibility determinations and benefit authorizations for Title IV-E and Medicaid programs on behalf of children in the state's custody. You will perform independent case work, including conducting interviews, to identify and obtain the documentation that is required and necessary to determine eligibility. You will ensure continuous monitoring of cases, with thorough examination of reported or anticipated changes, which may potentially affect eligibility. You will identify, research, and resolve inconsistencies and discrepancies to reach an appropriate determination or redetermination of eligibility.)
